Shipping policy
At King Krane Coffee Co., we strive to ship your order within 1-2 days of roasting and quality control. However, please note that we do not ship on weekends or major holidays. It is important that you provide us with the correct shipping address for your order, as we are not responsible for any additional fees that may occur due to incorrect address information. We primarily use UPS or USPS for shipping, but reserve the right to use other carriers at our discretion. We are closed on major holidays (New Year's Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas) and any orders received during these times will be roasted and shipped after the holiday period. Currently, we only ship within the continental US. You will receive an email with tracking information for your order once it has been scheduled for shipping. If you do not receive this email, please contact us. Please note that we are not responsible for packages once they leave our facility and do not guarantee arrival times. We do ship to military bases and APO addresses, so if you have any issues with those addresses, please contact us and we will assist you. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the original order via the Contact Us form on our site or by calling 678.404.1994. If there is no one available to answer your call, please leave a message with your name, phone number, and order number.
