Description: We are delighted to introduce our latest offering - a delectable medium roast coffee from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala, sourced exclusively from woman-owned farms. This unique blend is composed of three distinct farm coffees, each contributing their own unique flavor notes to create a harmonious balance of sweet brown sugar, rich roasted nuts and ripe, juicy berries.

The Huehuetenango region is renowned for its high-quality coffee, and the woman-owned farms we source from are no exception. Despite being the backbone of the coffee industry in Guatemala, making up an estimated 70% of the workforce, women in the country own a disproportionately small percentage of the farms they work on. That's why we're proud to partner with Onyx Coffee, who has been working with these women-owned farms to diversify their offerings, and now we're able to offer a unique woman-owned farm coffee.

Our medium roast is a washed coffee, which means that the coffee cherries are carefully selected and hand-picked at the peak of ripeness. The beans are then soaked in water to remove any impurities before being dried and roasted. This results in a smooth and well-balanced cup of coffee that is perfect for any time of the day. Available as whole bean, to maximize the flavor and aroma, and also, we offer a ground option for your convenience.
