Description: The Guji Zone of Ethiopia is a region renowned for its exceptional coffee. The beans from Guji are known for their delicate floral aroma and rich, complex flavors that are both sweet and satisfying. This particular lot is a light-medium roast, which helps to accentuate the natural sweetness and bright notes of blueberry, earl grey and peach.

The beans for this lot were grown in the lush forests surrounding the Yabitu Koba, Larcho Torka, and Layo Teraga regions. These areas are known for their ideal growing conditions, which include the perfect balance of sun, shade, and rain. The beans are then sent to the Kerchanshe washing station, where they undergo a meticulous processing and sorting process. The station, which has been in operation for over 15 years, comprises 350 raised beds, which allows to support 1900 farmers and their crops each season.

One of the most traditional and respected processing methods for coffee is washed coffee. This method helps to bring out the natural flavors and aromas of the bean, and it also ensures a consistent and high-quality product.
