What types of coffee do you offer?

We offer a variety of specialty coffees, including light, medium, dark, and ultra-dark roasts. Each coffee is carefully sourced and roasted to highlight its unique flavor profile. Our beans are available as whole bean or ground, ensuring a perfect fit for your preferred brewing method.

Should I order Whole Bean or Ground?

If you have a grinder at home, we highly recommend ordering whole beans to preserve freshness and flavor for longer. If you don't have a grinder, no worries—order our ground coffee. Our grind size is perfect for Chemex, AeroPress, and coffee machines.

Do you offer a coffee subscription service?

Yes! Our Krane Coffee Club subscription delivers fresh, small-batch roasted coffee straight to your door at your preferred frequency. Each delivery features a curated selection, but if you've already found a favorite, you can subscribe and save on that specific coffee. Customize the size, quantity, and schedule to fit your needs. You can adjust your preference, skip deliveries, or cancel anytime.

How do I place an order?

Ordering is simple—just visit our website, select your preferred coffee, choose between whole bean or ground, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. We roast our beans to order, so you receive the freshest coffee possible, with shipping typically within 5-7 business days.

After I order, when I can expect my fresh bag of coffee?

We ship orders within 5-7 business days (excluding the order date). During busy periods, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, please allow an additional 1-2 days. No roasting on Saturdays and Sundays. Orders are primarily shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be available in the order details and emailed to you. If the email isn't received, please check your spam folder. We do not conduct business on New Year's Day, Presidents Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

How do I store my coffee?

For maximum freshness, store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid refrigeration or freezing, as this can introduce moisture and affect flavor. For the best taste, we recommend consuming your coffee within two weeks of roasting.

How do you handle returns?
